POLAR/I Direct Link System
Il prodotto Savio più evoluto è ora rappresentato dalla roccatrice
POLAR/I DirectLinkSystem, per collegare direttamente i filatoi
alle roccatrici. Molti mercati importanti stanno investendo
su questo tipo di sistemi ad alta automazione, a causa della
crescente difficoltà di assumere operatori, per la qualità del
prodotto finale e per i vantaggi produttivi che tale soluzione
offre.
Quando Savio ha esordito con questo nuovo sistema, oltre
al dispositivo di collegamento diretto, sono stati previsti altri
obiettivi principali per soddisfare ogni nuovo sviluppo relativo
alla progettazione dei filatoi ad anello, nonché la necessità di
fornire al cliente le migliori opzioni in considerazione delle sue
richieste presenti e future.
In realtà, Polar/I DLS è stata progettata in modo “modulare",
garantendo la possibilità di raggiungere il maggior numero di
teste per andare incontro alla tendenza dei produttori di filatoi
con macchine sempre più lunghe fino a 2.000 fusi.
Questa soluzione modulare offre a Polar/I DLS le più alte
potenzialità, essendo la stessa dotata, su richiesta, di N° 3
stazioni di ricerca, dove le spole dei filatoi sono preparate per il
processo di roccatura e per i processi a valle.
Grande attenzione è stata data anche a:
- L'effetto di aumento di riattacchi del filato e delle
malformazioni delle spole a causa di blackout di energia.
- La fase di fine lotto, che richiede la circolazione di tutte le
bobine fino a completa formazione delle rocche.
- I difetti tecnologici rilevati dalle stribbie.
Per minimizzare la conseguente minor efficienza, Polar/I DLS
può essere dotata, su richiesta, di una stazione di preparazione
“Smart back up” che, oltre al sistema di identificazione fusi,
è in grado di recuperare l'efficienza di roccatura e rimuovere
automaticamente i difetti tecnologici del filato.
Il "sistema di identificazione fusi", disponibile come opzione,
rappresenta un semplice sistema di monitoraggio, che registra
il difetto e la sua causa, ma non è sufficiente per ottimizzare
l'efficienza della roccatrice. Queste sono le ragioni per cui Savio
Polar/I DLS può essere equipaggiata con la funzione opzionale
di stazione di preparazione “Smart back up”.
Tutte le spole respinte dalle teste di roccatura, su intervento
elettronico delle stribbie, per i difetti tecnologici di cui sopra o
per spole malformate, vengono automaticamente portate alla
stazione “Smart back up”. Questo dispositivo è stato progettato
e costruito appositamente per rimuovere dalla bobina la parte
difettosa del filato, e restituire la spola “pulita" alle teste di
roccatura.
Tutte queste operazioni vengono effettuate automaticamente,
senza alcun intervento dell'operatore; mentre, in caso contrario,
l'operatore dovrebbe intervenire per recuperare la bobina,
rimuovere manualmente la porzione del filato difettoso, e
riposizionare la bobina sulla macchina.

Savio’s most high-end product is now represented by Polar/I
DirectLinkSystem winding solution, for linking the ring
spinning frames to winders. Many important developing
markets are investing on this kind of high-automatic systems,
because of the growing difficulty of hiring operators, for the
end product quality and production advantages that such
solution offers. When Savio started with this new system, in
addition to the direct link device, some other main targets
have been foreseen in order to satisfy each new developments
on ring frame design, as well as the necessity to provide our
customer with the best options in consideration of their present
and future potential requests.
In fact Polar/I DLS has been designed in a “modular type”
granting the possibility of reaching the highest number of
winding heads to match the trend of the spinning frame
manufacturers with longer and longer machines up to 2.000
spindles. This modular solution gives the Polar/I DLS the
highest potentiality, being the same equipped, upon request,
with N° 3 end finder stations, where the ring frames bobbins
are prepared and get ready to the winding heads for the
subsequent process.
Great concern was also given to:
- The effect on increase of yarn of yarn piecings and bad
bobbin shapes due to the energy blackout.
- The end lot phase which requires the circulation of all
bobbins until packages are full.
- The technological defects detected by the clearers.
To minimize the consequent lower efficiency, Polar/I DLS can
be equipped, upon request, of a Smart back up preparation
station that, in addition to the spindle identification system, is
able to recover the winding efficiency and automatically remove
the technological yarn defects.
The “spindle Identification System”, available on the winder
as option, represents a mere monitoring system, which register
the defect and its cause, but it is not enough to optimize the
winder efficiency. These are the reasons why Savio Polar/I DLS
can be equipped with the optional feature of the “Smart back
up preparation station”.
All the bobbins rejected by the winding heads, upon the
Electronic Clearers intervention, for the above mentioned
technological defects or due to bad shaped bobbins , are
automatically led to the Smart back up preparation station;
This device is designed and engineered specially to remove
from the bobbin, the defective portion of the yarn, and return
the “clean bobbin” again to the winding heads.
All these operations, are automatically made, without any
operator intervention, while, on the contrary, the operator
must intervene to recuperate the bobbin, remove manually the
portion of the defective yarn, and place the bobbin back on the
machine.
