Tale comunicazione deve essere altresì<br />

fuoco, alla regione o prov<strong>in</strong>ce autonome ed<br />
all'Agenzie delle regioni e delle prov<strong>in</strong>ce<br />
autonome per la protezione dell'ambiente<br />
competenti per territorio. Ai medesimi obblighi<br />
e' tenuto il vettore che, nel corso del trasporto,<br />
venga a conoscenza della presenza <strong>di</strong> livelli<br />
anomali <strong>di</strong> ra<strong>di</strong>oattività nei predetti materiali o<br />
prodotti trasportati.<br />
