CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA
1 - Tutto il materiale è garantito autentico e privo di difetti occulti, salvo diversa indicazione, e descritto con la massima cura ed in
buona fede. Per i lotti fotografati la riproduzione è determinante per quanto riguarda margini, centratura, dentellatura, annullo ed
aspetto generale. La numerazione si riferisce al Catalogo Sassone per l’area italiana, al Catalogo Unificato per l’Europa ed al
Catalogo Yvert per il resto del mondo, al Catalogo Filagrano per gli interi postali. Eventuali altri cataloghi sono indicati di volta in volta
nella descrizione.
2 - I lotti vengono aggiudicati al primo richiedente mentre i lotti con l’indicazione p.a.r. verranno assegnati al primo richiedente che
accetterà il prezzo richiesto. Non si accettano ordini inferiori a 50 €. La Filatelia Sammarinese s.r.l. si riserva a suo insindacabile
giudizio il diritto di rifiutare offerte in qualsiasi forma o modo pervenute.
3 - I prezzi sono espressi in Euro e si intendono netti e comprensivi di tasse. Oltre al prezzo l'acquirente dovrà corrispondere un
rimborso spese di 8 € per l'Italia e 12 € per gli altri paesi.
4 - Il pagamento dei lotti disponibili, anticipato per i clienti non conosciuti, dovrà essere effettuato entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento della
conferma della disponibilità dei lotti richiesti, in uno dei seguenti modi:
• a mezzo versamento nel nostro c/c postale IBAN: IT52 L076 0113 2000 0001 0247 476 - BIC: BPPIITRRXXX
• a mezzo bonifico nel nostro conto presso la Banca Agricola Commerciale di Dogana IBAN: SM29 S030 3409 8000 0002 0607 306

• a mezzo carta di credito VISA
5 - Il materiale dovrà essere ritirato presso i nostri uffici di Dogana (R.S.M.). Gli acquirenti che desiderano ricevere i lotti al loro
domicilio sono pregati di farne esplicita richiesta al momento dell'ordine indicandone le modalità, assumendone l'onere ed il rischio
del trasporto. La spedizione verrà effettuata a mezzo assicurata per l'Italia e raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno per l'estero. La
proprietà dei lotti viene trasferita agli acquirenti solo dopo il totale pagamento degli stessi. Nel caso di mancato pagamento dei lotti
ordinati o ricevuti ci riserviamo la facoltà di sciogliere il contratto e di intraprendere ogni azione di rivalsa per le perdite subite.
6 - La Filatelia Sammarinese s.r.l. può concedere dilazioni di pagamento che dovranno essere richieste e concordate al momento
dell'ordine.
7 - Eventuali reclami dovranno essere fatti al momento del ritiro del materiale presso la nostra sede oppure entro sette giorni dal
ricevimento nel caso di consegna per posta od altro mezzo.
8 - La vendita così come tutti i rapporti giuridici che ne derivano sono sottoposti al diritto Sammarinese. Per ogni controversia è
competente il foro di San Marino.
TERMS OF SALE
1 - All material is deemed authentic and free of any hidden defects, otherwise it would be indicated. The lots are described with
utmost accuracy and good faith. Regarding photographed lots the reproduction is determinant for margins, centring, perforation,
cancellation and general aspects of lots. The numeration is in conformity with Sassone catalogue for Italy, Italian territories and
Europe while Yvert is used for countries abroad, with the Filagrano catalogue for the Postal Stationery. Where appropriate other
catalogues will be indicated in the description.
2 - The lots shall be awarded to the first claimant while the lots “p.a.r.” will be assigned to the first claimant who will accept to pay
the requested price. Orders which amount less than 50 € will not be accepted. The Filatelia Sammarinese s.r.l. has the right at its
own unobjectionable opinion to refuse offers of any form or anyway arrived.
3 - Prices are expressed in Euro and they are meant as net prices taxes included. Beside the price the purchaser will have to pay for
a reimbursement of expenses which amounts to 8 € for Italy and 12 € for other countries.
4 - Payment of the available lots, advanced in case of unknown customers, must be done within 10 days on receipt of confirmation of
the requested lots availability, by using one of the following ways of payment:
• by transferring the amount into our post office checking account IBAN: IT52 L076 0113 2000 0001 0247 476 - BIC: BPPIITRRXXX
• by Bank transfer into our account by The Banca Agricola Commerciale di Dogana IBAN: SM29 S030 3409 8000 0002 0607 306 -

5 - All material must be collected from our office in DOGANA (R.S.M.). The buyers who prefer to receive the lots at their home are
kindly asked to make a specific request at the moment of their order by indicating the procedures The delivery will be at their own
transport cost and risk and it will be done by registered letter (for Italy) and by registered letter with advice of delivery for foreign
countries. The lots property will be transferred to the buyers only after final settlement.
6 - The Filatelia Sammarinese may allow deferments of payment which have to be requested and agreed at the moment of the order.
7 - Eventual claims must be done at the moment of your withdrawal by our Office, otherwise within 7 days from the receipt in case of
mail delivery or by other means.
8 - The Sale as well as its legal relations are undertaken by Sammarinese law. Regarding any disputes, the place of jurisdiction will
be San Marino.
