La tematica presentata durante l'esposto, sarà de<strong>di</strong>cata alle tecniche ortope<strong>di</strong>che<br />
calzaturiere a favore <strong>del</strong>la profilassi, <strong>del</strong>la fase acuta e conservativa <strong>del</strong> <strong>piede</strong> <strong>di</strong>abetico.<br />

Scopo:<br />
Conoscere le opportunità che l'ortope<strong>di</strong>a <strong>tecnica</strong> <strong>del</strong> <strong>piede</strong> offre a favore <strong>del</strong>le cure<br />
me<strong>di</strong>che, e soluzioni chirurgiche adottate.<br />
Obiettivo:<br />
Apprezzare la sinergia pluri<strong>di</strong>sciplinare fra tecnico ortope<strong>di</strong>co e chirurgo ortope<strong>di</strong>co ,<br />
consolidare le conoscenze sulle opportunità che l'ortope<strong>di</strong>a <strong>tecnica</strong> <strong>del</strong> <strong>piede</strong> offre a favore<br />
<strong>del</strong>la guarigione.<br />
Presentazione <strong>del</strong>l'esposto:<br />
L'esposto sarà presentato in tre parti per apprezzare le opportunità che l'ortope<strong>di</strong>a <strong>tecnica</strong><br />
<strong>del</strong> <strong>piede</strong> offre al me<strong>di</strong>co che si vede confrontato con il paziente <strong>di</strong>abetico, insulina<br />
<strong>di</strong>pendente. Oltre alle problematiche già conosciute <strong>del</strong>la malattia, i <strong>di</strong>sturbi orto statici,<br />
orto <strong>di</strong>namici, e morfologici dei pie<strong>di</strong> causano in questi pazienti un alto rischio <strong>di</strong> lesione.<br />
L'aggravante è la neuropatia periferica presente, che non permette un corretto<br />
apprezzamento dei <strong>di</strong>sturbi favorendo l'insorgere <strong>di</strong> ispessimenti cutanei, formazione <strong>di</strong><br />
calli, ematomi sottocutanei, flemmoni, ferite da sfregamento o da compressione.<br />
