Tequila Lime Shrimp



Tequila Lime Shrimp

20 large raw shrimp; deveined with tail on

½ Jar Tequila Lime Cooking Sauce

8-10 oz. cooked rice


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place 5 shrimp on a skewer, pour sauce in a casserole dish that will hold all 5

skewers in a single layer. Add skewered shrimp and flip and toss to evenly coat

the shrimp in the sauce. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove

foil and spoon the sauce over the shrimp and return to the oven uncovered for 3

more minutes to get some color on the shrimp.

Serve the shrimp over cooked rice.

As a alternative, saute shrimp in 2T olive oil over medium high heat for 2 minutes.

Flip the shrimp in the pan and cook for 1 minutes and pour sauce in and simmer at

reduced heat until shrimp is cooked through. Tequila Lime Sauce is also great

basted on chicken, fish and shrimp on the grill.
