<strong>Shrimp</strong> <strong>Scampi</strong><br />
Ingredients<br />
1 pound raw medium shrimp-peeled and deveined<br />
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil<br />
1/2 jar Herbed White Wine Cooking sauce<br />
1 lemon<br />
For garnish (optional)<br />
1 tablespoon Italian parsley; chopped<br />
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; shaved or grated<br />
Directions<br />
Heat a large skillet with olive oil over medium high heat. Add shrimp & cook<br />
2 minutes turning 1/2 way through. Add Herbed White Wine sauce & simmer<br />
for 1-2 minutes. Cut lemon in half and squeeze 1/2 in the skillet; reserving<br />
the other 1/2 for presentation. Serve shrimp with cooked pasta. Garnish with<br />
cheese & parsley
