Slow Cooker Chipotle Agave Shredded Chicken

4-5 ea. chicken breasts

1 jar Chipotle Agave Cooking sauce

1/8 Cup Sour Cream

1/2 # Shredded Cabbage

1/8 Cup Salsa Verde (your favorite brand)

4oz Cojita Cheese; crumbled

12 Sandwich Buns


Place chicken in a slow cooker and cover with sauce. Cook on low for 6 hours. With

a tong remove chicken from the slow cooker and place in a mixing bowl. With a hand

mixer on low beat the chicken-it will shred instantly before your eyes! Add a little

juice from the slow cooker into the shredded meat.

Mix cabbage, Salsa & Sour Cream together. Top buns with chicken and then

cabbage slaw and a sprinkle of cheese.

Can also use in tacos, tostadas or salads. Walk in to dinner is DONE!
