Ingredients<br />
<strong>Slow</strong> <strong>Cooker</strong> <strong>Chipotle</strong> <strong>Agave</strong> <strong>Shredded</strong> <strong>Chicken</strong><br />
4-5 ea. chicken breasts<br />
1 jar <strong>Chipotle</strong> <strong>Agave</strong> Cooking sauce<br />
1/8 Cup Sour Cream<br />
1/2 # <strong>Shredded</strong> Cabbage<br />
1/8 Cup Salsa Verde (your favorite brand)<br />
4oz Cojita Cheese; crumbled<br />
12 Sandwich Buns<br />
Directions<br />
Place chicken in a slow cooker and cover with sauce. Cook on low for 6 hours. With<br />
a tong remove chicken from the slow cooker and place in a mixing bowl. With a hand<br />
mixer on low beat the chicken-it will shred instantly before your eyes! Add a little<br />
juice from the slow cooker into the shredded meat.<br />
Mix cabbage, Salsa & Sour Cream together. Top buns with chicken and then<br />
cabbage slaw and a sprinkle of cheese.<br />
Can also use in tacos, tostadas or salads. Walk in to dinner is DONE!
