6. Manutenzione ed ispezioni6-1. Manutenzione ed esame del cilindroIn caso di malfunzionamento restituire il cilindro alla nostra società affinché ne effettui lariparazione. Se è stato smontato e rimontato in luogo diverso dalla nostra sede potrebbenon funzionare correttamente a causa di mancanza di precisione nell'intervento.6-2. Manutenzione ed esame dell'unità idraulica○ Pulire il filtro di aspirazione ogni 2-3 mesi.○ Sostituire l'olio idraulico più o meno ogni sei mesi.・ Per evitare lesioni gravi causate dallo spostamento del pezzo in lavorazione,fare ricorso alla valvola a farfalla per mantenere contenuta la sovrapressione.Si possono manifestare guasti di funzionamento e una rottura del cilindro seun riduttore di pressione utilizzato per la configurazione della pressioneidraulica non reagisce alla regolazione della pressione e ciò ha come risultatoun'eccessiva sovrapressione.6-3.
