argomenti “formazione” e “istruzione” a Messe Stuttgart:
“Con lo slogan “Rimetti in forma il tuo futuro!”, insieme
alle nostre associazioni partner, presenteremo le più importanti
professioni con apprendistato nel settore della costruzione
stampi. Al Padiglione 4, molte classi scolastiche
avranno l’opportunità di discutere il loro futuro con istruttori
qualificati e apprendisti”. E per rendere l’idea un po’
più pratica, ci saranno anche dei tour guidati attorno alla
fiera. Una “guida” del settore prenderà i vari gruppi e,
dopo una breve introduzione sullo stand formativo, li accompagnerà
attorno alla fiera per scoprire le molte possibili
offerte dell’industria.
Additive Manufacturing
Come sopra accennato, Moulding Expo si occuperà anche
di Additive Manufacturing. Da anni il settore utilizza le tecnologie
generative in molti campi, dalla prima progettazione
al prodotto finito. Tuttavia esistono tante altre possibilità
d’impiego.
L’obiettivo di Moulding Expo 2017 sarà di evidenziare in
modo intelligente le sinergie fra i nuovi processi di lavorazione
e quelli già consolidati.
Alla fiera si riuniranno i rappresentanti dell’industria classica
insieme a quelli della produzione additiva e della stampa
3D, appartenenti a un nuovo mondo in crescita - l’incontro
avverrà pertanto fra un’esperienza ormai matura e una
forza innovativa impetuosa.

700 exhibitors from 30 countries expected
The second edition of Moulding Expo will be decidedly more international.
Among exhibitors there will be companies from almost
every European country: besides, there will be companies
coming from the USA, Canada and the rest of the world. “We
presented Moulding Expo in the most important European mould
manufacturing clusters and succeeded in getting many national
associations and their associates involved”, Florian Niethammer,
Managing Director of the Moulding Expo Project, explains. One
of these is ISTMA. “This association recognized Moulding Expo as
the most important meeting place for the manufacture of models
and moulds in Europe. It is a great compliment to our capabilities
and a real award to our commitment”, Ulrich Kromer von Baerle
remarked.
Training first and foremost
One of the central themes of Moulding Expo 2015 was training.
Indeed, only companies which invest on the training of personnel
as well as on technology obtain a competitive advantage over
their competitors.
Florian Niethammer explains how the “training” and “education”
topics will be presented at Messe Stuttgart: “Using the slogan
“Shape up your future!”, along with our partner associations, we
shall present the most important professions with training sessions
in the mould manufacturing industry. In Hall 4, many classes
from various schools will have the opportunity of discussing
their future with qualified instructors and apprentices”.
In order to make this idea a bit more practical, there will also be
guided torus around the trade show. An industry “guide” will
lead the various groups and, after a brief introduction at the
training stand, will lead them around the trade show to discover
the industry’s many possible offers.
Additive Manufacturing
As explained above, Moulding Expo will also deal with Additive
Manufacturing. For years now, this industry has used generative
technology in many fields, from first designs to the finished product.
Nevertheless there are many more possibilities of using it.
