Allo stand Endress+Hauser Italia a SPS IPC Drives,
processo.
Grazie a queste soluzioni, l’azienda offre frequenze radar
Allo stand dell’azienda a SPS, esempi applicativi
per diversi settori industriali offriranno una dimostrazione
concreta dei potenziali benefici dell’Industria
4.0; parliamo ad esempio di manutenzione predittiva e
asset management.
progettazione all’approvvigionamento, l’installazione e
taratura.
The password is digitalization
A new series of measuring instruments, radar
technology and application examples: at the SPS IPC
Drives in Parma, Endress+Hauser Italy will be focused
oon digitalization and interconnection, and on service to
maximizing the plant’s potential for its entire life cycle.
At SPS IPC Drives in Parma, Endress+Hauser Italy
will focus on the topic of innovation, both in process
automation and the laboratory. A completely
new, forward-thinking series of measuring instruments for
flow measurement and the new device portfolio for radar
level measurement (we have already talked about it in
the latest issue) will also be on display, alongside current
digitalization possibilities and process automation services.
New devices for flow measurement
and the radar technology evolution
The new Proline 300/500 flowmeters represent industryoptimized
flow measurement technology with a wider range
of applications and improved performance. With Wi-Fi and
new device and process diagnostic parameters, measuring
points are well-equipped for the future and guarantee high
process and product reliability. HistoROM data management
and Heartbeat Technology further enhance these devices.
With the addition of Micropilot FMR60, FMR62 and FMR67,
radar measurement capabilities by Endress+Hauser have
expanded. These solutions can be developed according to
IEC 61508 and fulfill even the strictest safety requirements.
Thanks to these devices, the company offers a total radar
performance of 113 GHz, cleverly alluding to the fact that
an individual application does not necessarily require the
highest frequency, but rather an individual solution and
suitable radar frequency, be it 1, 6, 26 or 80 GHz!
Specific application examples
and the benefits of Industry 4.0
Endress+Hauser is committed to supporting its customers
along the road to digitalization. Tailor-made cloud solutions
make use of specific data from production processes and
serve to increase efficiency alongside conventional plant
topology. At the trade fair stand, application examples from
different industry branches will demonstrate the potential
benefits of Industry 4.0, such as predictive maintenance
or asset management. With a wide range of services on
offer, operators can make the most of their plant’s potential.
From planning and engineering through to procurement,
installation and commissioning and right up to maintenance
and calibration services, Endress+Hauser offers services for
the entire life cycle of a plant. l
