HMA UPDATE TIME TO “DIG IN” AND SHOW VALUE Wow! What a time to be a business owner! Each day seems to present a new challenge. And with each new challenge comes risk, uncertainty and greater exposure to dangers that could jeopardize decades of hard work and sacrifice. It’s not a time for “sissies,” that’s for sure. Yet, it’s precisely the time for trade associations to “dig in” and show value. HMA’s bottom line is the furtherance of the Hardwood industry and the interests of our members. To that end, we’re taking the issue of risk head on. We’re building our 2019 National Conference and Expo around the theme of “Emerging Risks.” And we’re compiling a dais of presenters and developing an agenda of events to aid our members - and all industry stakeholders - in their management of and preparation for the uncertainty of “Emerging Risks.” Our 2019 Conference and Expo will take place March 20- 22, and so that you might get your planning started, here are the up-front details of the 2 ½ day event.
