Ashlee Cribb Elected To APA Board Tacoma, WA–APA – The Engineered Wood Association, based here, recently approved the nomination of Ashlee Cribb, vice president of structural products for Roseburg Forest Products, to the organization’s Board of Trustees. Cribb’s past experience includes working as vice president of industrial packaging for Georgia-Pacific, which included profit and loss responsibility for the Ed Elias commercial organization, as well as 11 manufacturing sites. She also worked at Monsanto Chemical and Imerys Performance Minerals, where she was responsible for marketing and product innovation. Ed Elias, APA’s president, stated, “APA’s board provides the insights and strategic focus that enable us to achieve success against our goals and deliver quality programs. Mark Saracco To Resign As Executive Director Of NAWLA Later In 2018 Nick Fitzgerald, chairman of the North American Wholesale Lumber Association (NAWLA), recently announced that Mark Saracco, executive director of the association, will be resigning from his position later this year. Saracco’s fiancé, Kelly, has accepted a career opportunity in Los Angeles and the couple will relocate from Chicago to pursue the new opportunity. Mark Saracco In his announcement, Fitzgerald stated that Saracco will continue on as executive director until later this year, telecommuting while his successor is chosen. The tour is sponsored by the Union Pacific Foundation and North American Wholesale Lumber Association. The exhibit debuted in Omaha from Oct. 14, 2017 through April 15, 2018. Forever Forest teaches children and adults how their everyday lives are connected to forests, including sections on forest life and responsible harvesting, lumber transportation, a lumberyard area and mini grapple skidders that children can race.
