• In meerdere SOP’s staat aangegeven dat een ritmestrook ook uitgedraaid dient te
worden indien deze ook is aangevraagd of indien er ‘ritmestoornis’ is aangegeven op
het aanvraagformulier. Ook wordt in een SOP aangegeven dat er een ritmestrook
uitgedraaid dient te worden als tijdens de automatische ECG-registratie ritmestoornissen
geregistreerd worden.
• In de SOP’s over het maken van een ECG wordt aangegeven wat de oorzaken kunnen
zijn indien het ECG van onvoldoende kwaliteit of storingen. Eén SOP geeft helder aan
wat hieraan gedaan kan worden. (bijv. behaarde huid scheren of batterijen vervangen).
• Er is ook een SOP over het ijken van een ECG. Bij aanschaf en iedere 2 jaar dient er
geijkt te worden.
