This project encompasses a redevelopment plan for one of the vacant office buildings in Heerlen. It is the graduation project of the Bachelor Built Environment at Zuyd University of applied science (Dutch). The goal was to redevelop the building from an office into apartments and studios focused specifically on young one person households, while also adding quality green space to Heerlens city center.
