»Skattestatistikken«, som erstatter de nevnte
publikasjoner.
Oppgaver over statens finanser finnes fra
1860 i publikasjonen »Oversikt over Kongeriget
Norges Indtægter og Udgifter«. Denne
ble inntil 1877 utarbeidd årlig av finansdepartementet.
Senere ble den utarbeidd for lengre
perioder, vanligvis fem år. Den skiftet siden
navn til »Statskassens Finantser«. For årene
1850 til 1876 ble det utarbeidd en historisk
oversikt kalt »Oversikt over Kongeriget Norges
Finantser i Aarene 1850-1876«.
Fra 1926/27 har Statistisk Sentralbyrå utarbeidd
statistikk over statskassens finanser.
De viktigste forskjeller mellom denne statistiske
oppstilling og statsregnskapets er at i
Byråets oppstilling er utgifter og inntekter
fØrt opp bare med sine nettobeløp, at alle
statens inntekter og utgifter er innbefattet
uansett om de oppføres i statsbudsjettet eller
ikke (for de siste års vedkommende med visse
modifikasjoner) og at utgifter og inntekter er
gruppert etter sin finansielle art. Statistisk
Sentralbyrås oppstilling er publisert årlig fra
1926/27 inntil 1932/33. I den fØrste publikasjonen
er foretatt oppstilling tilbake til
1913/14.
Skillet mellom driftsregnskap og kapitalregnskap
i statsregnkapet ble innført i 1925/26
og er i disse oversikter fØrt tilbake til 1913/14.
For tidligere år er i tabell 223 under »driftsregnskapet«
og »kapitalutgifter« fØrt det som
i statsregnskapene er regnet som henholdsvis
ordinære og ekstraordinære utgifter og inntekter.
En spesifikasjon av Byråets oppstilling av
statsregnskapet gis nå i Statistisk Årbok og
i Statistisk-Økonomisk oversikt.
Oppgaver over stortingsvalgene trykkes i
publikasjonen »Stortingsvalget«. Den utgis
av Stortingets kontor som et ledd i N. O. S.
og utkom første gang 1895 med oppgaver
over stortingsvalgene fra 1815 til 1885. Opplysninger
om kommunevalgene er tatt fra
Byråets publikasjon »Kommunevalgene«. Den
utkom fØrste gang i 1908 med oppgaver over
kommunevalget i 1907 samt over kommunevalgene
i 1901 og 1904.

has issued since 1938/39 a new publication
»Skattestatistikken« which replaces the publication's
mentioned above.
The data on state finances are found in the
publication » Oversikt over Kongeriget Norges
Indtægter og Udgifter« beginning 1860. This
publication was prepared annually by Ministry
of Finance up to 1877. Subsequently, it
was prepared for longer periods, usually five
years. The title was later changed to »Statskassens
Finantser«. For the years 1850-1876
a historical review was prepared under the
title »Oversikt over Kongeriget Norges Finantser
i Aarene 1850-1876«
Beginning 1926/27 the Central Bureau of
Statistics has prepared annual 'statistics on
Government finances. There are some important
differences between these statistics and
the original Government accounts. In the statistics
of the Bureau expenditures and receipts
are given only on a net basis, and all receipts
and expenditures are included re g ardless of
whether they are included in the Government
budget or not (this has not been 'strictly
followed for the most recent years), and expenditures
and reseipts are grouped according
to their financial nature. The statistics of the
Bureau have been published annually from
1926/27 to 1932/33. A similar statement for
the years back to 1913/14 is given in the first
publication.
The distinction between current account
and capital account in the Government accounts
was introduced in 1925/26 and, in the
present survey, this distinction has been carried
back to 1913/14. For earlier years one
has, in table 223, under »current account«
and »capital expenditures« included the items
which in the Government accounts have been
regarded as, respectively, ordinary and extraordinary
expenditures and receipts.
A breakdown, prepared by the Bureau, of
the state's accounts now appears in the Statistical
Yearbook and in »Statistisk-Økonomisk,
oversikt«.
Data on the Storting elections appear in
the publication »Stortingsvalget«. It is published
by the Office of the Storting as a part
of the N. O. S. It first appeared in 1895
giving data on the Storting elections 1815-
1885. Information on municipal elections has
been taken from the publication »Kommunevalgene«
issued by the Bureau. This publication
first appeared in 1908 and contained
data on the municipal elections of 1907 and
also on those of 1901 and 1904.
