Fit longer shelves between clips,shelves with support lips rest on longer shelves. Longer runs ofshelves are supported wih central support brackets fitted on longwall batons. Repeat until four tiers of shelves are fitted pic. 14.PLACING OF GOODS IN THE COLD/FREEZER ROOMSIn placing goods, especially in the freezer room, special attentionshould be paid to sufficient free air space around each package toensure a proper air circulation. Do not place or stack packages orboxes in front of the air movement fan. Goods should be in closedpackages.ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONSBefore connecting the machinery to mains electricity ensure thatthe voltage is the same as that shown on the refrigeration unitserial plate. Ensure a separate supply is provided for each roombeing installed. The refrigeration unit is supplied with a flexiblecable with a molded electrical plug top with fuse. Plug the cable into thesocket located at the upper left corner of the unit (1). Install theupper front cover and fasten it by the aid of the lock plate (2).Secure the lock plate by tightening the two screws.If a freezer room is equipped with floor heating cables, theyshould be connected to an independent power supply.OPERATIONAll refrigeration units are pre-tested in the factory and theoperational temperatures can be adjusted as follows:a) coldrooms (C) +2°C/+12°C (34°F/50°F)b) chiller rooms (M) -2°C/+5°C (23°F/34°F)c) freezer rooms (F) -22°C/-18°C (-8°F/0°F)Before using the room check that the operational temperature isreached. If the operational temperature is not achieved readthrough the “Operational Faults” section of these instructionsbefore you call in a maintenance engineer.A strong smell due to the cleaning agent or silicon mastic mayappear in the room, in which case the room should be washed witha mild detergent suitable for the purpose, then dried and ventilatedfor at least 24 hours.English21
