Seal integrity is guaranteed even withthe screw-on cap removed and in rifle scopes with a screwedon illumination unit. Careful handling, especially around theturrets, is advised.The scope has been filled with nitrogen via the sealing screwlocated underneath the windage adjustment turret. Please donot loosen this sealing screw!1617
