Smoke shelf. Fits on top of side panels and should always be pushed right backagainst the back panel.2. Baffle plate. Should always be fitted.3. Cover plate. Should always cover the grate.4. Ember/log guard. Place this inside the door.5. Heat guard. Should always be in place.6. Smoke shelf support. The front edge of the smoke shelf is protected by a U-shaped railwhich should always be in place (only Skamolex shelves).7. In order to dismount the smoke shelf, it will first be necessary to dismount one side panel.Lift up the smoke shelf and pull the edge of the side panel which is furthest away from youtowards the middle, until it freely passes smoke shelf support at front edge.8. Smoke pipe for rear outlet (remove cover and inner cover plate).Cover plate(Vertical view D on page 3)Your <strong>ABC</strong> woodburning stove is supplied with a loose cover plate for the shaking grate. Thisis a 3 mm thick iron plate. It is placed on top of the shaking grate and prevents the embersfrom falling into the ash pan. The cover plate is raised approx. 8 mm above the grate, thusensuring that the automatically controlled primary combustion air is distributed evenly atthe base of the combustion chamber.19
