Deve estar em uma temperatura ambiente de no o mínimo 21-24 C. b. A embreagem deverá acoplar com uma temperatura o de 87,5-90 C. c. A rotação da embreagem deverá ser em torno de 85% da rotação da polia, após o acoplamento. d. Se testado em ambiente de dinamômetro, a o temperatura deverá estar entre 18-21 C. e não deverá funcionar o motor até o superaquecimento. e. Uma deficiência no fluxo de ar em salas de dinamômetro, mesmo com um conjunto em bom estado, levará ao superaquecimento se a o temperatura ambiente exceder os 35 C. 59 (continuação) f. Deficiência no acoplamento da embreagem não indica malfuncionamento do conjunto, podendo estar relacionada com insuficiente troca de calor do radiador para a embreagem. g. Se a susbtituição do conjunto embreagem-ventilador não resulta em uma melhora, então o mesmo não é a causa do problema. h. Se o item G acima ocorrer, então checar o corpo do radiador quanto a obstruções e/ou depósitos, os quais isolarão e diminuirão a capacidade de troca de calor do mesmo.
