Violência <strong>contra</strong> <strong>as</strong> <strong>mulheres</strong> <strong>no</strong> <strong>trabalho</strong>: o c<strong>as</strong>o <strong>do</strong> <strong>as</strong>sédio sexual<br />
No presente artigo analisa-se o <strong>as</strong>sédio sexual como sen<strong>do</strong> uma d<strong>as</strong> form<strong>as</strong> mais<br />
graves de violência praticada <strong>contra</strong> <strong>as</strong> <strong>mulheres</strong> <strong>no</strong> contexto <strong>do</strong> <strong>trabalho</strong>. Identificam-se<br />
os factores de risco e <strong>as</strong> vítim<strong>as</strong> mais vulneráveis. Estuda-se <strong>as</strong> consequênci<strong>as</strong><br />
<strong>do</strong> <strong>as</strong>sédio para <strong>as</strong> vítim<strong>as</strong> e <strong>no</strong> contexto organizacional onde ele ocorre. Problematiza-se<br />
o <strong>as</strong>sédio <strong>no</strong> continuum de violência geral experimentada pel<strong>as</strong><br />
<strong>mulheres</strong>.<br />

Violence against women in the workplace: the c<strong>as</strong>e of sexual har<strong>as</strong>sment<br />
This article analyses sexual har<strong>as</strong>sment <strong>as</strong> one of the most harmful forms of violence<br />
against women in the context of work. It identifies the risk factors and the most<br />
vulnerable victims. It also studies the consequences of har<strong>as</strong>sment for the victims,<br />
in the organisational context where it takes place. Finally, it problematises har<strong>as</strong>sment<br />
in the general continuum of violence experienced by women.<br />
