ABSTRAT
This master’s essay is bout the internationalization in the projects inside the
automotive companies in the metropolitan area of Curitiba.
Its objective is to show a new proposal of management of projects in these international companies.
This proposal shows a new methodology of projects administration
commercial with companies which are inside the process of nacionalization, that is,
components which are reserved for production line. Furthermore, this proposal is
also divided in some steps which are planning, control and coordination of the
application of the components in the workshop of the line production of the
automotive multinational companies.
This essay has also been based on the utilization of several evidences and it is characterized
as a case study.
This proposal is based on the researches achieved in fite units of the three biggest multinational
companies, that work in the projects administration in international level. It also demonstrates the
creation of a group of projects, that is compounded by collaborators of the area of the logistics,
engineering, purchase, manufacture and coordination that lead to the implementation of the application
of this component in the workshop. This also shows the relationship among the areas which are
working with the nacionalization.
The objective of this proposal is to be a basic reference of reappraisal of projects structures
in any multinational company, as well as to show how to reach the new steps of development of
application of components which are reserved for production line in the multinational companies.
