Depois de bem tritura<strong>do</strong>, passe pelo passa<strong>do</strong>r e reserve. Triture, ainda em separa<strong>do</strong>, o pepino e os alhos com sal, azeite, vinagre de vinho branco, orégãos e água. Quan<strong>do</strong> acabar, passe igualmente pelo passa<strong>do</strong>r e reserve. Agar-agar com azeite: Aqueça o azeite e dissolva o agar-agar. Empratamento: Coloque em copos de vidro, primeiro o prepara<strong>do</strong> <strong>do</strong> tomate, e leve ao frio. Ainda líqui<strong>do</strong>, sobreponha o azeite com o agar-agar e adicione o segun<strong>do</strong> prepara<strong>do</strong>. Tomate fresco pela<strong>do</strong> maduro, 1 kg; Pepino descasca<strong>do</strong> sem sementes, 500 gr.; Pimento verde em cubos, 1 unidade; Pimento vermelho em cubos, 1 unidade; Alho, 2 dentes; <strong>Azeite</strong> extra virgem, 1 dl; Vinagre de vinho branco, 3 ml; Orégãos, q.b.; Malaguetas, q.b.; Água fria, q.b.; Salsa, q.b.; Sal grosso, q.b.; Agar-agar com azeite: Agar-agar, 5 gr.; <strong>Azeite</strong> virgem extra, 1 dl. Put the tomato, malaguetta, salt, olive oil and water in a bowl and blend them thoroughly. Sieve the mixture and leave it to stand. Then blend the cucumber, garlic, salt, olive oil, white wine vinegar, oregano and water separately. When finished, sieve and leave to stand. Agar-agar with olive oil: Heat the olive oil, and dissolve the agar-agar. Serving: Serve in glasses. First put in the tomato, and chill. Whilst still liquid, pour the olive oil with agar-agar over it, and add the cucumber-based mixture. Fresh, peeled, firm ripe tomatoes,1 kg; Peeled cucumber, without seeds, 500 gr.; Cubed green pepper; Cubed red pepper; Garlic, 2 cloves; Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 dl.; White wine vinegar, 3 ml.; Oregano, to taste; Malaguetta, to taste; Cold Water, to taste; Parsley, to taste; Cooking Salt, to taste ; Agar-agar with olive oil: Agar-agar, 5 gr.; Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 dl.
