Rezumat
Depistarea curburii radiculare în toate canalele
reprezintå unul dintre cele mai importante principii
ale tratamentului endodontic.
Chiar ¿i canalele aparent drepte sunt în general
curbate în treimea apicala.
Multe rådåcini au, înså, curburi severe în multiple
planuri.
Foarte frecvent aceste curburi nu sunt evi<strong>de</strong>n-
¡iate prin examene radiologice conven¡ionale.
Acest lucru <strong>de</strong>terminå erori în tratamentul endodontic.
Probleme ce apar în tratamentul endodontic al
canalelor curbe:
1. pier<strong>de</strong>rea lungimii <strong>de</strong> lucru prin
– apari¡ia unui dop <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>tritus <strong>de</strong>ntinar
– în<strong>de</strong>pårtarea insuficientå a tavanului camerei
pulpare
– ruperea instrumentului în canal
2. <strong>de</strong>via¡ii <strong>de</strong> la anatomia normalå a canalului:
– zipping
– stripper
3. pregåtirea nea<strong>de</strong>cvatå a canalului prin:
– instrumentarea excesivå dincolo <strong>de</strong> constric¡ia
apicalå
– tratarea excesivå a curburii interne a canalului
– pregåtirea insuficientå a canalului.
Pentru ca så nu aparå aceste probleme este indicat
så preparåm canalele curbe prin tehnici
speciale, ¿i anume:
1. tehnica <strong>de</strong> preparare retrogra<strong>de</strong> (telescopare
regresivå) step-back;
2. tehnica anticurburå;
3. tehnica for¡elor balansate;
4. tehnica for¡elor balansate dublu evazate.
DIFFICULTIES DURING THERAPY OF
CURVED CANALS

Abstract
Finding the radicular curve in all canals is one
of the most important principles of the endodontic
therapy.

Even the canals that seem to be straight are
usually curved in the apical third.
However, many roots have severe curves on
multiple plans.
Very frequently these curves are not observed
by conventional radiological treatments.
Problems that may appear during the
endodontic therapy of a curved canal:
1. the working length may be lost by:
– appearance of a <strong>de</strong>ntrius <strong>de</strong>ntinar stopper;
– insufficiently pushing off the upper si<strong>de</strong> of
the pulpar room;
– breaking the working instrument insi<strong>de</strong> the
canal.
2. <strong>de</strong>viations from the regular anatomy of the
canal:
– zipping;
– stripper.
3. ina<strong>de</strong>quately preparing the canal by:
– excessive instrumentation beyond the apical
constriction;
– excessive treatment of the canal’s internal
curve;
– insufficiently preparing the canal.
To prevent these problems from appearing the
curved canals should be prepared using special
techniques such as:
1. retrogra<strong>de</strong> step-back preparation technique
(regressive telescoping);
2. anticurve technique;
3. the balancing forces technique;
4. the double splayed balancing forces technique.
