Rezumat
Dificultå¡ile reabilitå¡ii implanto-protetice ¡in <strong>de</strong>:
a. condi¡iile locale complicate <strong>de</strong> multe ori <strong>de</strong>
afectåri ale ¡esutului osos
b. diminuarea pânå la absen¡å a ofertei osoase
c. probleme <strong>de</strong> cooperare cu pacientul
Depå¿irea acestor dificultå¡i ¡ine <strong>de</strong> aplicarea
unor tehnici chirurgicale corecte, <strong>de</strong> elaborarea ¿i
respectarea tempoului terapeutic ¿i <strong>de</strong> controlarea
rela¡iei medic-pacient.
DIABETUL – FACTOR DE RISC ÎN BOALA
PARODONTALÅ

Boala parodontalå este consi<strong>de</strong>ratå aståzi cea
<strong>de</strong>-a ¿asea complica¡ie a diabetului dupå complica¡iile
vasculare, infec¡ioase, oculare, renale ¿i
nervoase.
Ne-am propus så verificåm gradul <strong>de</strong> afectare
al parodon¡iului la bolnavii cu diabet.
În acest scop la Spitalul Clinic Malaxa în cadrul
sec¡iei <strong>de</strong> diabet am efectuat un studiu pe 260
pacien¡i interna¡i cu diferite tipuri <strong>de</strong> diabet, care
au fost examina¡i din punct <strong>de</strong> ve<strong>de</strong>re parodontal.
S-a constatat cå to¡i bolnavii aveau parodontopatie
în diferite stadii <strong>de</strong> evolu¡ie.
Un al doilea studiu a fost efectuat într-un cabinet
<strong>de</strong> stomatologie un<strong>de</strong> au fost analizate fi¿ele
a 350 pacien¡i cu parodontopatie, pentru a constata
câ¡i dintre ace¿tia suferå <strong>de</strong> o afec¡iune sistemicå
¿i mai ales câ¡i au diabet.
Din totalul <strong>de</strong> pacien¡i examina¡i, 85% (298)
aveau afec¡iuni sistemice ¿i 15% erau sånåto¿i.
Din cei 298 pacien¡i cu afec¡iuni sistemice, 25%
(74) aveau diabet.
Studiul confirmå faptul cå diabetul reprezintå
un factor <strong>de</strong> risc major pentru boala parodontalå.
De asemenea, rezultå cå se impune un examen
clinic general pentru <strong>de</strong>pistarea ¿i tratamentul afec-
¡iunilor sistemice ¿i mai ales al diabetului, condi¡ie
fårå <strong>de</strong> care tratamentul bolii parodontale nu va
avea succes.

The periodontal illness it is consi<strong>de</strong>red today,
the six complication of Diabetes after vascular,
infection, ocular, renal and nervous structure.
Our purpose is to check verify the rate of periodontal
disease at the person with diabetes.
In that way, at the Clinical Hospital Malaxa in
the diabetes section we have begin a study of a lot
of 260 patients with diverse for of diabetes, and
we examined them in the periodontal perspective.
We observe during the test that the all patients have
the periodontal illness in many state of evolution.
The test we have ma<strong>de</strong> in a <strong>de</strong>ntistry clinic were
we studied the evolution paper of treatment of 350
patients, with the periodontal disease observed,
for purpose to discover if they have a systemic
disor<strong>de</strong>r and how many have diabetes.
From all the patients examined 85% (298) have
systemic disor<strong>de</strong>r and 15% are healthy.
From 298 with systemic illness, 25% (74) have
diabetes.
The study confirms that the diabetes is a major
risk factor in the periodontal disease.
Also result, it is important to make a full clinic
examination of a patient to observe sistemic
disease especially diabetes, condition without the
treatment of periodontal disease can not go further
and have not a chance to end.
