punerea la dispoziţie a automobilului. Sistemul
de integrare şi automatizare a coordonării
şi controlului serviciilor de taxi include o gamă
largă de servicii, tarifele cărora sunt diferenţiate
după anumite condiţii, stabilite atât de
fiecare companie în parte, cât şi în mod colectiv.
În procesul de înregistrare a comenzii
clientul poate să selecteze o gamă de servicii,
automobile în diferite direcţii cu mai multe
puncte intermediare, pe o anumită perioadă
de timp, fiind imediat informat despre caracteristicile
comenzii, în acelaşi timp prin intermediul
reţelei de internet clienţilor li se oferă un
raport statistic cu privire la toate comenzile
solicitate de ei. Sistemul de integrare şi automatizare
a coordonării şi controlului serviciilor
de taxi include un sistem de conturi şi terminale
de plată, prin intermediul cărora pot fi

coordination and control of taxi services
(57) The invention relates to the field of road
transport infrastructure, namely to the field of
traffic coordination and control of transport
vehicle units, involved in the sphere of provision
of transport services on requested orders
and may be used in automated taxi work dispatching
control systems.
The system for integration and automation of
coordination and control of taxi services consists
of a server, to which by means of
wire/wireless Internet network and telephony
are connected all companies, operator, driver
and customer terminals. This server receives
the customer call on a single number and
sends it to the next available operator terminal,
which registers the order and then informs
the customer about the order execution characteristics.
Customers can also complete the
registration of orders on their own, without
operator intervention, through the Internet
network, after which the order is transmitted
for execution from the server to the driver
terminal, to the GPS-navigator monitor, informing
the taxi driver about the order route,
indicating the best way and counting the time
for driving up the motor car. The system for
integration and automation of coordination
and control of taxi services includes a wide
range of services, the tariffs of which are differentiated
on certain conditions established
both independently by each company and collectively.
In the process of order registration
the customer can choose the range of services,
motor cars in different directions with
many intermediate points, for the appointed
time, being immediately informed about the
characteristics of the order, at the same time
via the Internet network customers are provided
with a statistical report of all their requested
orders. The system for integration
and automation of coordination and control of
taxi services includes a payment account and
terminal system, through which may be
created accounts and made remittances.

(57) Изобретение относится к области инфраструктуры
автомобильного транспорта, а
именно к области координирования и контроля
движения транспортных единиц, занятых
в сфере предоставления транспортных
услуг на заявленные заказы и может
быть использовано в автоматизированных
системах диспетчерского управления работой
такси.
Система интеграции и автоматизации координирования
и контроля служб такси состоит
из сервера, к которому посредством
проводной/беспроводной интернет сети и
телефонной связи подключены все кампании,
операторские терминалы, водительские
терминалы и терминалы клиентов.
Данный сервер получает вызов от клиента
по единому номеру и направляет его очередному
свободному операторскому терминалу,
который регистрирует заказ, после
чего информирует клиента о характеристике
выполнения заказа. Клиенты могут также
выполнить регистрацию заказов самостоятельно,
без вмешательства оператора,
посредством интернет сети, после чего заказ
передается для выполнения от сервера
к водительскому терминалу, на монитор
GPS-навигатора, информируя водителя
такси о маршруте заказа, указывая опти-
