(54) Liquid for clean<strong>in</strong>g glass surfaces<br />

(57) The <strong>in</strong>vention relates to detergents, <strong>in</strong> particular<br />

to a liquid for clean<strong>in</strong>g glass surfaces,<br />

which can be used for clean<strong>in</strong>g car w<strong>in</strong>dscreens<br />

and w<strong>in</strong>dows.<br />

The liquid, accord<strong>in</strong>g to the <strong>in</strong>vention, conta<strong>in</strong>s<br />

fusel oil, bioethanol, glycer<strong>in</strong>, synthetic<br />

dye and softened water, <strong>in</strong> the follow<strong>in</strong>g<br />

component ratio, vol. %:<br />

fusel oil 20…30<br />

bioethanol 5…8<br />

glycer<strong>in</strong> 2…3<br />

synthetic dye, g/L<br />

0,01…0,03<br />

softened water<br />

the rest.<br />

As synthetic dye is used malachite green or<br />

its derivatives, it is also used glycer<strong>in</strong> produced<br />

as a waste <strong>in</strong> the production of biodiesel<br />

fuel.<br />

(54) Жидкость для очистки стеклянных поверхностей<br />

(57) Изобретение относится к моющим средствам,<br />

в частности к жидкости для очистки<br />

стеклянных поверхностей, которая может<br />

быть использована для очистки автомобильных<br />

и оконных стекол.<br />

Жидкость, согласно изобретению, содержит<br />

сивушное масло, биоэтанол, глицерин,<br />

синтетический краситель и умягченную<br />

воду, при следующем соотношении<br />

компонентов, об. %:<br />

сивушное масло 20…30<br />

биоэтанол 5…8<br />

глицерин 2…3<br />

синтетический краситель, г/л 0,01…0,03<br />

вода умягченная<br />

остальное.<br />

В качестве синтетического красителя используют<br />

малахитовый зеленый или его<br />

производные, также используют глицерин<br />

полученный в качестве отхода при производстве<br />

биодизельного топлива.<br />

(54) Procedeu de creştere rapidă a monocristalelor<br />

de Sb<br />

(57) Invenţia se referă la domeniul de producere a<br />

monocristalelor, şi anume la un procedeu de<br />

creştere rapidă a monocristalelor de Sb.<br />

Procedeul, conform <strong>in</strong>venţiei, constă în aceea<br />

că se efectuează creşterea monocristalului<br />

d<strong>in</strong> metal topit (4) într-o fiolă d<strong>in</strong> cuarţ (2),<br />

fundul căreia este executat în formă de con<br />

cu un unghi de 40°, amplasat ă într-o sobă<br />

(1), conectată la un dispozitiv electronic pentru<br />

menţ<strong>in</strong>erea în ea a unei temperaturi constante<br />

de 300°C pe parcursul întregului proces<br />

de creştere cu un gradient de temperatură<br />

egal cu 7°C/cm. Primul nucleu de cristalizare<br />

al Sb, care serveşte drept început<br />

pentru creşterea orientată, se aranjează în<br />

aşa mod, încât axa de gradul trei să formeze<br />

cu axa fiolei un unghi de 20°.<br />

(54) Method for rapid growth of monocrystals Sb<br />

(57) The <strong>in</strong>vention relates to the production of<br />

s<strong>in</strong>gle crystals, namely to a method for rapid<br />

growth of monocrystals Sb.<br />

The method, accord<strong>in</strong>g to the <strong>in</strong>vention, consists<br />

<strong>in</strong> that it is carried out growth of monocrystal<br />

from molten metal (4) <strong>in</strong> a quartz ampoule<br />

(2), the bottom of which is made coneshaped<br />

with an angle of 40°, placed <strong>in</strong> an<br />

oven (1), connected to an electronic device<br />

to keep there<strong>in</strong> the constant temperature of<br />

300°C dur<strong>in</strong>g the entire growth process with<br />

a temperature gradient equal to 7°C/cm. The<br />

first core of crystallization of Sb, which<br />

serves as a start<strong>in</strong>g po<strong>in</strong>t for oriented growth,<br />

is situated so that the third-order axis may<br />

form with the ampoule axis an angle of 20°.<br />
