DESCRIERE SUCCINTA<br />

Principalele scopuri ale managementului <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> leadership-ului sunt de a furniza directie, a facilita schimbarea <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng><br />

a obtine rezultate prin folo<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>rea eficienta, creativa <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> responsabila a resurselor (Management Standards<br />

Centre, 2004). Domeniul p<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>hologiei <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>conducerii</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> analizeaza aspecte legate de doua dimen<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>uni diferite, dar<br />

complementare: practica managementului – arta <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> stiinta de a atinge obiectivele organizationale <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> leadership –<br />

EXPLICATII SARCINI OPTIONALE<br />

Crearea unei viziuni* [vi<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>on statement]<br />

Con<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>derati ca sunteti un grup de manageri de top ai unei organizatii care are nevoie de revitalizare. Sarcina<br />

voastra este de a alege o organizatie (e.g., UVT, TVR) <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> de a crea o viziune pentru organizatie. Descrieti<br />

viziunea in maxim 35 de cuvinte. Consultati surse bibliografice pentru a intelege ce inseamna o viziune,<br />

care este <strong>ro</strong>lul acesteia, cum se construieste <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> pentru a vedea exemple.<br />

Realizarea unui articol de ziar despre influenta <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> puterea liderilor**<br />

Dupa ce ati citit despre puterea <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> influenta liderilor, scrieti un scurt material pe tema: Cum sa devii un lider<br />

puternic <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> influent. Acest material se doreste a fi publicat intr-un ziar, deci scris intr-un limbaj acce<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>bil mai<br />

multor categorii de cititori, insa bazat pe o buna documentare (articole, manuale de specialitate)<br />

(maxim 400 de cuvinte).<br />

Este important ca liderii sa investeasca timp <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> energie in motivarea angajatilor? Pe de-o parte, exista argumente care<br />

sustin ca liderii trebuie sa investeasca timp pentru motivarea angajatilor pentru ca natura umana face ca<br />

oamenii sa lucreze doar daca o forta externa le furnizeaza o anume motivatie. Pe de alta parte, exista <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng><br />

argumente care sustin ca liderii nu trebuie sa investeasca in motivare, pentru ca oamenii muncesc din greu<br />

daca sunt recompensati financiar. Pornind de la aceste reflectii, consultati literatura de specialitate <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>si</st<strong>ro</strong>ng><br />

argumentati (in maxim o pagina) pozitia fata de aceasta p<strong>ro</strong>blematica a motivatiei.<br />

Formati un grup de maxim 4 persoane pentru a crea o prezentare multimedia (ppt, videoclipuri, link-uri<br />

internet etc.) despre importanta creativitatii in afaceri. Durata: 5 minute.<br />
