<strong>ל</strong>סגן מנה<strong>ל</strong> בית המד<strong>ר</strong>ש. ד"<strong>ר</strong> קצנ<strong>ל</strong>בוגן הוסיף <strong>ל</strong>בית המד<strong>ר</strong>ש כיתות א–ב<br />

הקים את קמפוס בית הספ<strong>ר</strong> התיכון בבית וגן שנק<strong>ר</strong>א ע"ש התו<strong>ר</strong>ם<br />
הימ<strong>ל</strong>פ<strong>ר</strong>ב.<br />
בשנת תשכ"ח (1968), עם העב<strong>ר</strong>ת בית הספ<strong>ר</strong> התיכון <strong>ל</strong>משכנו החדש,<br />

במ<strong>ר</strong>כז הא<strong>ר</strong>ץ. גישתו ש<strong>ל</strong> מ<strong>ר</strong> פינצ'וב<strong>ר</strong> <strong>ל</strong>משימה חב<strong>ר</strong>תית-חינוכית זו הייתה<br />
