The rights and duties of entrepreneurs
Summary
Presented article of the rights and duties of businessmen is based on act of 2 July
2004 on the freedom of the economic activity, called also the constitution on economic
activity, because normatively is addressed to all subjects intending to undertake, execute,
and when any premises occur to finish the activity.
It looks like specific kind of the sign – post, which points not only on the right of the
businessman, most essential – the economic freedom, but also on duties.
The economic freedom does not have absolute character. Due to this fact, the businessman
must be conscious of freedom’s limits, not to expose himself on the civil and
penal liability, or even acknowledge his activities as illegal.
Thus, the article is specific kind of educational, but not analytic matter.
However, defines notion of the economic activity, paying its animadversion on its
inequivalence, and difficulty in the self-determination of the subject.
