Glede na ugotovitve objavljenih tujihštudij lahko zaključimo, da je uspešnost naše rehabilitacijskeobravnave pri motoričnem funkcijskem stanju, ravnotežju,deležu bolnikov, ki so odpuščeni v domače okolje, ter deležubolnikov, ki so ob odpustu samostojno hodili, primerljiva znjihovimi rezultati. Ugotovitve nam omogočajo bolj objektivenvpogled v uspešnost našega dela ter razkrivajo področja,ki jih bo še potrebno izboljšati. V prihodnje bomo vsekakormorali posebno pozornost nameniti ukrepom, usmerjenimv izboljšanje kognitivnih funkcij.Pomanjkljivost študije, ki nas je omejevala pri možnostihstatistične obdelave podatkov ter tako tudi pri oblikovanjuzaključkov, je bila predvsem velikost vzorca, kinam ni omogočal, da bi lahko zaznali manjše, a vseenopomembne spremembe v ocenah (npr. na področjukognitivnih funkcij), oziroma, da bi lahko ugotavljalinapovedne dejavnike za izid rehabilitacijske obravnave.Obenem pa nismo imeli zadosti natančnih vključitvenihkriterijev za sprejem, ki tudi niso temeljili na objektivnihocenah, zato je naša skupina bolnikov precej heterogenaglede na nevrološke okvare, demografske značilnosti terfunkcijsko stanje ob sprejemu. Dodatna pomanjkljivostje, da rezultati ob kontrolnem pregledu ne vključujejovseh bolnikov, obravnavanih na oddelku. Ne glede na vsenam opravljena študija omogoča vsaj grob vpogled v izidrehabilitacije bolnikov na našem oddelku, za oblikovanjezanesljivejših zaključkov pa bi bilo treba narediti študijoz večjim vzorcem bolnikov.Literatura:<strong>1.</strong> Johnston SC, Mendis S, Mathers CD.
