ENOC signs strategic partnership with Indian Oil Company<br />
he ENOC-IOC partnership includes R&D to jointly develop cylinder oil that<br />

present in oil used for fueling ships, the efforts seek to reduce the impact of<br />
pollution on populations living close to ports and coasts specifically. Furthermore,<br />
the agreement also enables ENOC to expand its presence to over 180<br />

and technical services. His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO, ENOC,<br />
said: “The marine oil industry is becoming more eco-conscious as international<br />
regulators set standards to control air pollution from ships. ENOC’s alliance<br />
with one of the world’s biggest oil and gas companies, IOC, will help mitigate<br />
these environmental risks through world-class research & development and<br />
manufacturing that meets the IMO standards.”.<br />

إىل الحد من نسبة الكبريت الموجودة حالياً يف النفط المستخدم لتزويد<br />
السفن بالوقود، وتسعى الجهود للحد من تأثير التلوث على السكان الذين<br />
يعيشون بالقرب من الموائن والسواحل. وستمكّن هذه الشراكة "إينوك"<br />
أيضاً من توسيع حضورها يف أكثر من 180 ميناء يف 28 دولة، لتزويد عمالئها<br />
بزيوت التشحيم والخدمات التقنية الراقية. وقال سعادة سيف حميد<br />
الفالسي، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة "إينوك": "أصبحت صناعة النفط<br />
البحرية أكثر وعياً بحماية البيئة؛ حيث وضع المنظمون الدوليون معايير<br />
للتحكم يف تلوث الهواء الناتج عن وقود السفن. وسيساعد تحالف "إينوك"<br />
مع شركة النفط الهندية "آي أو سي"، إحدى أكبر شركات النفط والغاز<br />
يف العالم، على تخفيف هذه المخاطر البيئية من خالل األبحاث والتطوير<br />
والتصنيع على مستوى عالمي، ما يلبي معايير المنظمة البحرية الدولية ".<br />
Emirates Steel inks AED 1 billion deal with Abu Dhabi Ports<br />
Though already at the forefront of renewable energy innoSubsidiary<br />
of General Holding Corporation (SENAAT) and the only integrated steel<br />
plant in the UAE, Emirates Steel, has signed a AED 1 billion strategic<br />
agreement with Abu Dhabi Marine Services (SAFEEN), a subsidiary of<br />
Abu Dhabi Ports. The agreement will be implemented in January 2021<br />
and is set to extend over the following 10 years as it reinforces Emirates<br />
Steel’s commitment to Abu Dhabi’s Economic Vision 2030 and providing<br />
high quality products, and optimizing its supply chain in accordance<br />
with international standards. As per the agreement, SAFEEN will<br />
provide short marine shipping services for three shipments of iron ore<br />
per month. Additionally, SAFEEN will be responsible for the purchase,<br />
rental, delivery, operation and maintenance of cargo ships, trailers and<br />
unloading equipment for Emirates Steel..<br />

المتكامل الوحيد يف اإلمارات "حديد اإلمارات"، اتفاقية<br />
استراتيجية بقيمة 1 مليار درهم مع شركة أبوظبي للخدمات<br />
البحرية "سفين"، وهي شركة تابعة لموائن أبوظبي. وسيتم<br />
تنفيذ االتفاقية يف يناير 2021، ومن المقرر أن تمتد على<br />
مدى السنوات العشر القادمة، كتعبير عن التزام شركة<br />
"حديد اإلمارات" برؤية أبوظبي االقتصادية 2030، وتوفير<br />
منتجات عالية الجودة، وتحسين سلسلة التوريد الخاصة<br />
بها وفقًا للمعايير الدولية. ووفقًا لالتفاقية، ستقدم "سفين"<br />
خدمات شحن بحري قصيرة لثالث شحنات من خام الحديد<br />
شهرياً. وستكون "سفين" مسؤولة عن شراء وتأجير وتسليم<br />
وتشغيل وصيانة سفن الشحن والمقطورات ومعدات التفريغ<br />
لشركة "حديد اإلمارات".<br />
