Be a <strong>water</strong> safe parent: Hire qualified staff from <strong>Dovercourt</strong> to supervise your<br />
<strong>water</strong> event or to teach your children in your backyard <strong>pool</strong><br />
Lifeguard<br />
Swim Instructor<br />
PRICING DETAILS REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS<br />
• Qualified lifeguard who holds a current<br />
National Lifeguard certification and<br />
First Aid/CPR<br />
• Staff member will have a well stocked<br />
first aid kit<br />
• Client to provide one responsible adult as<br />
back up in the event of an emergency<br />
• Client to provide lifeguard with one 15<br />
minute break in every 2 hour period of active<br />
guarding<br />
• Total swimmers may not exceed 24<br />
per guard<br />
• In <strong>water</strong> supervisors at a ratio of 1 adult to<br />
every 2 children for those under 6 years and<br />
1 adult for every 4 children 6-7 years<br />
$40/hour per lifeguard<br />
• Qualified instructor who also holds a current<br />
National Lifeguard certification and<br />
First Aid/CPR<br />
• Staff member will have a well stocked<br />
first aid kit<br />
• Teaching aids required to provide a quality<br />
lesson<br />
• Client to provide one responsible adult<br />
as back up in the event of an emergency<br />
• Lessons are 30 minutes<br />
