Stay safe, stay active!<br />

The <strong>Dovercourt</strong> <strong>FIT</strong> <strong>PASS</strong> includes group fitness, spin, and<br />

aquafit classes for all levels as well as use of the pool.<br />

There are also online classes for convenient workouts at<br />

home! Online classes are recorded; the links are sent out to<br />

all <strong>FIT</strong> <strong>PASS</strong> holders each day.<br />

Please note: Classes with low attendance may be be cancelled.<br />
