study ever made of the famous Pirelli<br />
Calendar (The Cal) from its inception in<br />
1964 to the pesent day. The prestigious<br />
Italian photographer, Amedeo Turello,<br />
has been curator of the Pirelli Collection<br />
since 2015 and forthe first time it is on<br />
display at FotoNostrum in Barcelona,<br />
Spain. Eternal Beauty showcases fashion,<br />
beauty and art and also hair trends,<br />
through 450 photographs by 41<br />
acclaimed photographers such as Peter<br />
Lindbergh, Annie Leibovitz, Helmut<br />
Newton, Herb Ritts, Paolo Roversi,<br />
Mario Testino, Patrick Demarchelier<br />
and Richard Avedon, to name but a few.<br />
In an exclusive quote for <strong>Estetica</strong>,<br />
Turello said: “The Pirelli Calendar is<br />
a barometer of what is happening in the<br />
world through the medium of<br />
photography. As such, it reflects social<br />
and cultural changes in how femininity<br />
and the emancipation of women are<br />
