6.9 Construction of the multipart insulation<br />
1. Pump group with rear insulation jackets and retaining clips<br />
2. Installation/removal of the middle insulation pieces<br />
Note:<br />
The respective slip on and slip off direction has to be<br />
observed. If and when required, install the upper<br />
insulation pieces when tilted.<br />
3. Installation/removal of the pump cover as well as of<br />
the front insulation jackets<br />
Note:<br />
All commercially available pumps (with an installation<br />
length of 180 mm) can be fi tted without reworking the<br />
insulation. For this purpose, the front insulation jackets,<br />
the pump cover and the respective middle insulation<br />
pieces have to be removed (as shown in the illustration).<br />
When a mixer servomotor (MK group) has been used, the<br />
corresponding cover of the insulation has to be removed.
