IMA Dresden verstärken wir den Trend zu mehr Leichtbauprinzipien im Schienentransport und bündeln<br />
unsere vielfältigen Fähigkeiten in einem starken Team. Damit können wir Zukunftsprojekte im Schienentransport<br />
von der ersten Idee bis zum montagefertigen Produkt begleiten und realisieren – und<br />

EADS EFW is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of flat composite components<br />
made of aramid honeycomb and carbon/glass fibre materials and contributes to the outstanding<br />
success of the Airbus aircraft family. Our engineering department is a European-certified aerospace<br />
development organisation.<br />
Transferring mature and proven aerospace know-how to next-generation railway transportation will<br />
allow major improvements with regard to stability, functionality, weight and systems performance.<br />
Already today, the Dresden-based expert EADS EFW develops and produces a novel floor system for<br />
Bombardier Transportation tramways. Together with IMA Dresden, we foster the trend of transferring<br />
light-weight design principles to railway transportation and tie our wide-ranging competences in a<br />
capable team. Thus, we can accompany and realize future projects in transportation from scratch to<br />
finalization – and open up new vistas for customers.
