Schienen- und Sonderfahrzeuge. Dabei ist Gesamtfahrzeugkompetenz in Entwicklung und Fertigungsplanung<br />

Je nach Kundenwunsch bildet das Unternehmen die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette von der<br />
Entwicklung und Berechnung von Fahrzeugmodulen bis hin zum Bau von Mock-ups - und Prototypen<br />
ab. Im Instandhaltungsmanagement übernehmen wir das Projektmanagement, die Planung von<br />
Ausrüstungen und Anlagen sowie die Erstellung der kompletten Dokumentation für die Wartung und<br />
Instandsetzung der Fahrzeuge.<br />
Einen Teilumfang mit wachsender Bedeutung z. B. bei Ausschreibungen und Vergaben stellt die Analyse<br />
der Kosten über die Lebensdauer des Fahrzeugs (LCC-RAM) dar. Hier besitzt Voith Engineering praxisorientiertes<br />
Know-how. Trends setzt Voith Engineering Services in der Hybridisierung von Fahrzeugen,<br />
im Einsatz neuer Materialien und in der Produktionssteuerung. Die Entwicklung und Lieferung kundenspezifischer<br />
Montage- und Prüfstände für Drehgestelle ist Inhalt unseres Leistungsportfolios. Mit<br />
365 Beschäftigen zählen wir als Engineering-Dienstleister zu den Marktführern in der Entwicklung von<br />
Schienenfahrzeugen.<br />

Voith Engineering Services GmbH Road & Rail works as an engineering service provider in the field of<br />
rail and special-purpose vehicles. The overall vehicle competence in the development and production<br />
planning is both demand and reality. References from locomotive, regional train and tram development<br />
are proof of our capabilities. Depending on particular customer demand, our company depicts the<br />
entire value-added chain from the development and calculation, also in regard of vehicle modules, to<br />
the construction of mock-ups and prototypes.<br />
While performing maintenance management, we assume project management activities, the planning<br />
of equipment and facilities and the preparation of the complete documentation for the maintenance<br />
and repair of vehicles.<br />
Analysing costs with respect to the life cycle of a vehicle (LCC-RAM) is a sub-task with growing importance,<br />
e.g. as regards invitations to tender and awarding contracts. Voith Engineering has practiceoriented<br />
know-how in this respect.<br />
Voith Engineering Services GmbH sets standards in the hybridization of vehicles, the use of new materials<br />
and in respect of production control. Our range of services includes the development and supply<br />
of customer-specific assembly and test benches for bogies.<br />
