1.8. Removing the balloon stainless steel whisk, kneading hook and mixing hook<br />
• Make sure that the plug has been removed<br />
from the mains. Set the speed regulator (2)<br />
to 0 (off).<br />
• Press the motor head (10) down lightly.<br />
• Hold the release lever (1) at the position.<br />
• Tilt the motor head (10) back (upwards)<br />
until it can be heard to lock in place.<br />
• First, remove residual mix or dough using a<br />
spatula.<br />
• Press the accessory part upwards slightly<br />
and release it by turning it in a clockwise<br />
direction and then pulling it out.<br />
• Lift the motor head (10) slightly back again.<br />
• Keep the release lever (1) in position . Tilt the motor head (10) forwards until you<br />
feel it lock into place. Let go of the release lever (1) during this process.<br />
7. Cleaning<br />
• Never plunge the device in water or other liquids.<br />
• Remove the plug from the mains.<br />
• Remove the accessory parts after use and simply wipe down the food processor with a<br />
damp cloth and then dry it.<br />
• Bowl, whisk and hooks can be cleaned in a dishwasher. Or simply clean them thoroughly<br />
by hand in hot washing-up water.<br />
• Avoid scratches. Never use the scouring side of washing-up sponges or scouring agents.<br />
• Never leave the parts in water for any length of time (several hours or overnight). This<br />
• can harm the metal.<br />
• The motor bearings are self-lubricating and should not require any further attention<br />
under normal conditions of use.<br />
8. Faults and troubleshooting<br />
If the unit fails to operate, please check whether the plug is plugged in.<br />
Please check if other appliances with high wattage are in operation simultaneously, causing<br />
the main fuse or circuit breaker to blow. First isolate the utensil from the mains. Reconnect<br />
the fuse.<br />
Please check if the main fuse blows, this is normally an indication of a fault. In this case,<br />
an expert should check the utensil.<br />
