Test- und Sonderanlagen / Test and Special Equipment Testlecks / Test leaks Allgemeine Information / General information Das innomatec Testleck dient zur qualifzierten Überprüfung von Leckmessgeräten und/oder kompletten Dichtheitsprüfsystemen im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung. Dazu wird das innomatec Testleck parallel zu einem dichten Prüfling angeschlossen. Das Leckmessgerät oder das Dichtheitsprüfsystem muss das Leck, das durch das Testleck simuliert wird, erkennen. So lässt sich sehr einfach, schnell und kostengünstig die Funktionsfähigkeit der gesamten Prüfeinrichtung kontrollieren. Zu jeder Gelegenheit, bei Schichtwechsel, Werkzeugwechsel oder bei besonderen Vorkommnissen. Das innomatec Testleck hat ein Gehäuse aus Messing oder rostfreiem Stahl und eine eingebaute Glaskapillare. Am Eingang der Glaskapillare befindet sich ein Filter zum Schutz gegen Verschmutzung. Das Testleck zeichnet sich durch eine besondere Langlebigkeit aus. Zu jedem Testleck wird ein Kalibrier-Werkszertifikat oder auf Wunsch ein DKD-Zeugnis beigefügt. Wir empfehlen eine jährliche Kalibrierung. Das innomatec Testleck wird in einem Aufbewahrungskoffer geliefert.
