Longlife Xtra service guarantee
If you want to use this guarantee, please register within 6 months after
delivery of your upholstered furniture online at www.longlifextra.de or
send us the provided registration card. The warrantee of the brand-new
upholstered leather furniture has a service-guarantee about 5 years (from
delivery and registration date on – the legal provisions for 2 years of warranty
remain unaffected from this guarantee) as follows:
• Professional advice by telephone,
• The carriage-free delivery of special products, which are free
of charge (stain remover),
• Unique free cleaning service for the dirty spot by an expert at
your home
Please only use the care sets Longlife Xtra by W.SCHILLIG for the regular,
half-yearly cleaning and care. One set is sufficient for two applications.
The buying of the set is proven by the proof of purchase or your online
registration.
