nevertheless, LCK grants the following service to solve <strong>your</strong> stain problem:<br />

• The Longlife Xtra advisory service is available from Monday to<br />

Friday – under the service hotline ++49 (0) 72 51/96 25 - 0.<br />

You will get comprehensive advice <strong>for</strong> the removing of persistent<br />

stains.<br />

• If you did not notice a food or a beverage stain and it is already<br />

dried-up, the company LCK can help you with especially developed<br />

cleaning products and stain removers, which are sent to you free of<br />

charge. We reserve the right to examine the matter on-site.<br />

• If the stain could not be removed nevertheless, the company LCK is<br />

obliged to a one-time cost-free treatment of the dirty spot by an<br />

expert.<br />

The yearly repurchase and use of the intensive <strong>care</strong> set Longlife Xtra are<br />

the requirement <strong>for</strong> the maintenance of <strong>your</strong> guarantee. Furthermore the<br />

using of the <strong>care</strong> set twice a year is binding.<br />

The <strong>care</strong> set Longlife Xtra contains everything you need <strong>for</strong> the recommended<br />

cleaning and <strong>care</strong> of <strong>your</strong> upholstered furniture. It is normally<br />

enough <strong>for</strong> two applications (based on a three-piece-suite). There<strong>for</strong>e it<br />

covers the yearly requirement.<br />

The Longlife Xtra-guarantee is valid <strong>for</strong> all food and beverage stains as<br />

well as <strong>for</strong> soiling by clothes. LCK’s obligation to per<strong>for</strong>m starts with the<br />

issuing and registration, which has to occur six months after delivery of<br />

the furniture. It ends after 5 years. If a soiling occurs which leads to a<br />

demand, the customer has to in<strong>for</strong>m the company LCK immediately, however<br />

within 5 days at the latest.<br />

The service guarantee excludes upholstered furniture from public and<br />

commercial areas, as well as display models. The service of an expert does<br />

not extend the guarantee, which ends after 5 years from the date of issue<br />

of the guarantee pass. The guarantee does not replace a personal liability<br />

insurance and does not cover the cases of legal guarantee through the<br />

manufacturer of the upholstered furniture .<br />
