Talbrücke Markersbach
Im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme an der B 101 – Ortsumgehung Markersbach – wurde die Plauen Stahl Technologie GmbH
mit der Lieferung und Montage von ca. 1.700 t Stahlkonstruktion für den Bau der Talbrücke über die Große Mittweida bei
Markersbach beauftragt. Der moderne Stahlverbundüberbau weist Stützweiten von 90 und 140 m auf. Besonderheiten dieser
Bauausführung waren der ständige Wechsel des Quergefälles sowie die gegenläufigen Kurvenradien des Gesamtbauwerkes.
Die Teilsegmente mit Stückgewichten bis zu 50 t wurden in Plauen vorgefertigt und komplette Pfeilerschüsse vormontiert. Für
die Montage vor Ort wurde extra für dieses Bauwerk ein Derrick mit Hubgewichten bis zu 64 t entwickelt.
Markersbach valley bridge
As part of the construction work on
the B 101 bypass around the town of
Markersbach, Plauen Stahl Technologie
GmbH was engaged to delivery
and assemble approx. 1,700 tonnes
of structural steelwork for the bridge
over the Grosse Mittweida valley near
Markersbach. This modern steel composite
superstructure has open spans
of 90 and 140 metres. Among the special
features of this bridge are its constantly
changing transverse slope and
the opposing curve radii of the overall
structure. The segments, weighing up
to 50 tonnes each, were prefabricated
in Plauen and complete pier sections
were preassembled. A derrick capable
of lifting up to 64 tonnes was developed
especially for on-site assembly.
