Verfahrensanweisung
Procedural Instructions
Diese Empfehlungen richten sich in erster Linie an das ausführende
Montagepersonal. Sie werden nach bestem Wissen erstellt. Die Verfahrensanweisung
berücksichtigt den Stand der Technik, den Stand
von Wissenschaft und Forschung, die Beste verfügbare Technik
(BREFF), den Einfluss von Schraubenpasten, das Setzverhalten der
Schrauben, das Setzverhalten der Dichtung, richtige Verwendung
des Drehmomentschlüssels, Inhalte der VDI 2230 (Schraubenberechnung)
und VDI 2200 (dichte Flanschverbindungen), Inhalte aus
dem AD 2000-Regelwerk und der Montageanweisung der European
Sealing Association (ESA).
Inhalte und Umfang
Die Montageanweisung wird exakt auf den Betrieb des Kunden
zugeschnitten. Alle spezifischen Belange des Betreibers und seiner
Anlagen werden berücksichtigt.
Es werden Inhalte der neuen DIN CEN/TS 1591-4 (Qualifizierung der
Kompetenz von Personal zur Montage von Schraubenverbindungen
im Geltungsbereich der Druckgeräterichtlinie) mit übernommen. Die
Verfahrensanweisung wird so geschrieben, dass jeder sie ohne
Probleme anwenden kann.
Für alle Arbeiten mit besonderer Gefährdung werden Warnhinweise
gegeben. Tipps für vereinfachte Montage sind ebenfalls enthalten.
Die Montageanweisung enthält alle erforderlichen Schritte von
Reinigung wieder zu verwendender Schrauben und Muttern, der
Feststellung des richtigen Muttern- und Schraubenwerkstoffes (Prüfung
der Kennzeichnung durch den Monteur), Montageanweisung
mit Verfahrensschritten, eine Tabelle mit den erforderlichen Drehmomenten
der bei ihnen verwendeten Schrauben. Das Ziel ist es,
jeweils nur ein Anzugsmoment für eine Schraube einer Größe und
eines Werkstoffes festzulegen.
These recommendations are primarily targeted at the assembly staff
carrying out the work. They have been drawn up in line with the
best of our knowledge. The procedural instructions take into consideration
the state-of-the-art, latest scientific developments and
research, the best available technology (BREFF), the influence of
bolt pastes, the settling properties of the bolts, the settling properties
of the seal, correct use of the torque key, the contents of VDI
2230 (colt calculation) and VID 2200 (tight flange connections),
the contents of the AD 2000-Code and the Installation Guide
from the European Sealing Association (ESA).
Content and Scope
The assembly instructions are tailored precisely to the customer’s
needs. All specific requests from the operator and concerning its
installation will be taken into account.
Content from the new DIN CEN/TS 1591-4 (Qualification of personnel
competency in the assembly of bolted joints fitted to equipment
subject to the Pressure Equipment Directive) will be incorporated.
The procedural instructions will be written in such a way that they
can be easily understood by anyone.
Warning notes will be provided for all work posing a particular risk.
Tips for simplified assembly will also be included.
The assembly instructions include all necessary steps for cleaning
bolts and nuts that are to be reused, points on how to determine
the correct material for nuts and bolts (inspection of the labeling by
the fitter), assembly instructions with procedural steps, and a table
showing the required torques for the bolts used in your projects.
The objective is to specify just one clamping torque for a bolt of a
given size in a given material.
