Fil-Tec specialises in retrofitting centrifuges.
Besides the centrifuges designed for the
motors, attached parts such as pumps,
mounting bases, motor circuit breakers or
complete switch cabinets are also supplied.
Centrifuges have already been retrofitted on
more than 300 units with great success.
Installation takes place independently of the
installed lubricating oil system, thereby
achieving optimal lubricating oil maintenance
results.
This optimal lubricating oil maintenance leads
to less wear and tear on motor parts such as
bearings. The service life of downstream
indicator filters in four-stroke engines is
considerably extended.
The additional lubricating oil maintenance
provided by centrifuges from Fil-Tec/ Mann +
Hummel very significantly increases the
efficiency of motor units, as well as ships'
engines and motor-driven power plant
systems. This is the reason for the
demonstrably growing demand for centrifuges
in this field.
The centrifuges have also proved excellent
as flushing oil treatment units for backflush
filters.
The return on investment and efficiency
achieved with the retrofitting of centrifuges
are evident within a short period of time.
ULTRASCHALL-REINIGUNG FÜR
FILTERELEMENTE
Die optimale, technisch beste Reinigungswirkung
der Fil-Tec Ultraschallgeräte ist durch
herkömmliche Verfahren nicht zu erreichen.
Auch hartnäckige Verschmutzungen in
Bohrungen und Hohlkörpern werden bei der
Behandlung mit Ultraschall optimal entfernt.
Keine andere Reinigungsmethode erreicht
auch nur ein so annähernd gutes Resultat was
die Reinigung von Filterelementen betrifft.
Eine sorgfältige Kontrolle der gereinigten
Filterelemente auf mechanische Beschädigung
ist erforderlich.
Neben Ultraschallreinigungsanlagen für
Filterelemente liefert Fil-Tec auch Speziallösungen,
z.B. zur Reinigung von
Zylinderköpfen, Ladeluftkühlern und anderen
großen Maschinenteilen.
ULTRA-SONIC CLEANING OF
FILTER ELEMENTS
The optimal, technically best cleaning effect
of Fil-Tec ultra-sonic equipment cannot be
attained by conventional methods. Even
stubborn soiling in drill-holes and cavities is
removed optimally by ultra-sonic treatment.
No other cleaning method achieves even
remotely equivalent results when it comes to
cleaning filter elements. A careful control of
the cleaned filter elements for mechanical
damage is necessary.
Apart from our ultra-sonic cleaning equipment
for filter elements, Fil-Tec can also supply
special solutions for cleaning cylinder heads,
charging air coolers and other large machine
parts, for example.
