Die Produktionsmenge konnte gegenüber dem Vorjahr
um 6,3 % gesteigert werden und lag bei 159.913
Tonnen. Bei Einzelbetrachtung der Werke ist erkennbar,
dass in allen Märkten erfolgreiches Wachstum
erzielt werden konnte.
Innovationen sind sehr wichtig für die CHT Gruppe.
Die Innovationsquote, die Aufwendungen für Forschung
& Entwicklung (inklusive Aufwendungen für
den technischen Service) bezogen auf den Gesamtumsatz
stieg 2016 um 0,2 % auf 4,0 % an.
Um den wachsenden Anforderungen des Marktes
dauerhaft gerecht zu werden, sind Innovationen aus
der Chemie notwendig. Für die CHT, die chemische
Spezialitäten für industrielle Herstellungsprozesse
anbietet, ist die Entwicklung innovativer Produkte
und Lösungen sogar von zentraler Bedeutung.
Im Vordergrund der Entwicklungen standen auch in
2016 vor allem Produkte, Prozesshilfsmittel, Additive
und Funktionsgeber, die bei unseren Kunden einen
Beitrag zu einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung leisten.
Hierbei setzen wir verstärkt auf den Verzicht auf
ökologisch bedenkliche Chemikalien sowohl für
den Einsatz in der Textilindustrie, bei industriellen
Wäschereien als auch in der Bauindustrie. Weitere
Entwicklungsprojekte hatten ihren Fokus im Bereich
Prozessoptimierung von industriellen Herstellungsverfahren
der Kunden.
The production quantity could be increased by 6.3 %
compared with the previous year and amounted thus
to 159,913 tons. The detailed analysis of individual
sites shows that in all markets a successful growth
could be achieved.
Innovations are very important to the CHT Group.
The innovation quota, expenditures for research
and development (including expenditures for our
Technical Service) related to the total turnover
increased by 0.2 % to 4.0 % in 2016.
For permanently meeting the growing demands of
the market chemical innovations are necessary. For
CHT which offers chemical specialities for industrial
production processes the development of innovative
products and solutions is even of crucial importance.
In 2016, we focused our developments again on
products, process aids, additives and function
generators which contribute to the sustainable
development at our customers. We increasingly
abandon chemicals of environmental concern in the
textile industry as well as in industrial laundries and
in the construction industry. Further development
projects focused on the optimisation of our
customers’ industrial production processes.
