Die Apex Tool Group Westhausen kann auf ein erfolgreiches erstes
Halbjahr 2011 zurückblicken. In den vergangenen zwei Quartalen
haben wir den Auftragseingang, den Umsatz und das Ergebnis im
Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum deutlich gesteigert. Dieses Wachstum
basiert einerseits auf der positiven Entwicklung der wirtschaftlichen
Lage, insbesondere auch der Automobilindustrie, andererseits
auch auf unseren vertrieblichen Erfolgen, Marktanteile zu gewinnen
sowie neue Geschäftsfelder aufzubauen. Wir planen für das laufende
Jahr diesen erfolgreichen Weg konsequent weiter zu gehen.
Um sich über dieses Ergebnis, die weitere Planung sowie über das
President’s Kaizen zu informieren, besuchte CEO Steve Breitzka mit
seinem Managementteam unseren Standort. Er lobte dabei die Fortschritte,
die in den vergangenen zwölf Monaten erzielt wurden und
ermutigte unser Managementteam zur Verfolgung der gesteckten
Ziele. Auf der weiteren Tagesordnung standen Kundenbesuche bei
Unternehmen in Baden-Württemberg. Zum Abschluss des Besuchs
nahm Steve Breitzka mit seinem Managementteam an einer Belegschaftsversammlung
teil.
In dieser wichtigen Phase investieren wir natürlich auch weiterhin in
unseren Standort. Nach außen fällt da vor allem der neue Mercedes
Sprinter im Apex Tool Group-Kleid auf. Der neue Flitzer wird z.B. unseren
Monteuren zur Verfügung stehen, um notwendiges Equipment
vom Werk zum Kunden transportieren zu können. Eine weitere wichtige
und nach außen noch imposantere Investition wird unser Auftritt
auf der Motek 2011 in Stuttgart sein. Die internationale Leitmesse
für Montage-, Handhabungstechnik und Automation findet dieses
Jahr vom 10. bis 13. Oktober in den Hallen der Neuen Messe direkt
am Flughafen statt. Unter den über 900 Ausstellern aus 20 Nationen
finden Sie uns in Halle 1, Stand 1182. Dort erwarten wir Sie mit dem
KTM X-Bow und zahlreichen neuen sowie innovativen Produkten
aus unserem Hause. Weitere Details dazu erfahren Sie in der nächsten
Ausgabe der ToolTimes, einer Sonderausgabe zur Motek 2011.

The Apex Tool Group Westhausen can look back on a successful
first half-year 2011. In the past two quarters we have increased our
orders received, the sales volume and the profit considerably compared
to the previous year. On the one hand, the growth is based
on the positive development of the economical situation, especially
in the automotive industry. On the other hand, it is based on
our sales results, to gain market share as well as to establish new
business areas. We are planning to proceed with this successful
path consistently in the current year.
To get informed about this result, the further planning as well as
about the President’s Kaizen, CEO Steve Breitzka visited our site
with his management team. He praised the progress made in the
past twelve months and encouraged our management team to
pursue the high aims. During his visit he also toured some companies
in Baden-Württemberg. Finally, Steve Breitzka participated in
a staff meeting together with his management team.
In this important phase, of course we are also investing in our site.
Outwards, the new Mercedes Sprinter in the Apex Tool Groupcostume
especially attracts the attention. The new runabout e.g.
will be at our service technicians’ disposal to be able to transport
necessary equipment from the site to the customer. Another important
and even more impressive investment to the outside will be
our presence on the Motek 2011 in Stuttgart. This year, the internationally
leading fair for Assembly- and Handling Technology and
Automation takes place from October 10th to 13th in the pavilions
of the New Trade Fair Center directly at the airport. Among more
than 900 exhibitors of 20 nations you will find us in hall 1, stand
1182. We will expect you there with the KTM X-Bow and numerous
new as well as innovative products from our company. Further details
will be published in our next edition of ToolTimes, the special
edition for the Motek 2011. We are looking forward to your visit!
