Sunnseit’n treatment guide
During the treatment, we want to accommodate your individual requirements
as much as possible. For that reason, before the treatment, we will use a short
guest questionnaire to find out what is particularly important to you.
Consultation and information
Make the most of the many years of experience of our Sunnseit’n staff.
We will be happy to advise you by phone on +43 4716 622 614 or by email at
spa@almwellness.com. Professional consultation is a core component of
the treatment and is one of our main priorities.
Booking treatments
To guarantee you get the treatment you want, we recommend booking
via reception before you arrive. You will receive confirmation of yourappointment
as soon as you arrive.
For further relaxation, there are eleven different saunas, 160 loungers
indoors and outdoors, a mineral water outdoor pool, a hot tub, a Kneipp
path, a plunge pool, the Tuffbadl bath and the new infinity skypool.
Check-in at the Sunnseit’n
So that your therapist can prepare specifically for your treatment and you
can enjoy the full treatment time, please report to our spa reception at least
five minutes before the start of your treatment. Out of respect for the guests
booked in after you, please be aware that if you are late, we cannot add extra
time to the duration of your treatment.

Clothing
Please arrive at your appointment wearing a bathrobe. To protect your
privacy, we will offer you single-use underwear at every treatment and use
various methods to make sure you stay covered up.
Payment
We will invoice treatments directly to your room. We will also be happy to
take payment for all treatments or products in cash, or by debit or credit card
at reception.
Application time
For some treatments, we also treat you to a relaxation period.
Cancellations
We prepare for your treatment carefully. Please note that we will take
a payment of 80 % if treatments are cancelled less than 24 hours before
your appointment. In the case of a package, we will assume the treatment
to have been used.
Pregnancy
Different rules apply during this magical time. We will be happy
to advise you about the special well-being treatments available to you.
Peace and relaxation
Most of our guests are primarily looking for rest and relaxation. We therefore
advise you that phones are not permitted anywhere in the wellness
area, and relaxation should not be disturbed by loud conversations.
Thank you! The sauna area is strictly a relaxation area and is therefore
restricted to guests over 16.
Sauna
We ask that you observe the rules of the naked area in all saunas and the
hot tub. Please lay a towel on wooden surfaces. Please be sure that your whole
body is on the towel. You will find further information about our amazing
saunas in our sauna guide.

We’ll be happy to give you more information about our Sunnseit’n spa vouchers.
Care products for the home
The trained staff in our Sunnseit’n department will give you expert and considerate
advice. We will be happy to help you develop your own care routine
to follow at home and remind you of your fabulous holiday when you get back
to normality. Or are you looking for a present for a loved one? We would be

The outdoor pool is open between 6 am and 7 pm. We open the infinity
skypool and the outdoor hot tub according to the weather.
The Sauna Alm
We have over eleven different saunas, the first of which opens at 6 am;
five others open at 10 am, and the last opens at 2 pm. The last one closes at
7 pm. From Friday to Sunday and in bad weather, we open earlier.
Quiet and relaxation rooms
You can choose from nine different rooms, the first of which open at 6 am.
Sunnseit’n health and beauty department
Open from 9 am to 7 pm. Please note that the treatment times given depend
on the type of application and the guest, and are therefore not accurate to
the minute.
Gym at Chalet Mondschein
Opening hours
Open from 8 am to 8 pm. Our fitness room is shaped by nature. Use of the gym
is at your own risk. Children under 14 are not allowed entry.
Shaving for men
We recommend that men don’t shave at least three hours before
facial treatments.
Note: Please note that children under 16 may not enter our large outdoor
swimming pool between 5 and 7 pm, and after 2 pm may not enter the sauna
and relaxation area.
