NEUER PRODUKTIONSREKORD
Mit insgesamt 338.482 Tonnen erzeugtem Zellstoff (Marktzellstoff
und integrierter Anteil) konnten wir im Jahr 2005 neuerlich
eine Produktions-Rekordmarke aufstellen und den ehrgeizigen
Budgetansatz von 328.000 Tonnen übertreffen. 329.847 Tonnen
davon entfielen auf Marktzellstoff; der entsprechende Budgetwert
lag bei 319.742 Tonnen. Die budgetierte Produktionsmenge
für Papier wurde mit 12.448 Tonnen um 900 Tonnen ebenfalls
mehr als erfüllt. Die abgesetzten Mengen betrugen bei Zellstoff
337.904 Tonnen und bei Papier 12.273 Tonnen.
INVESTITIONSSCHWERPUNKTE
Aufgrund der Hauptrevision der Dampfturbine 3 war das abgelaufene
Jahr durch einen knapp 3-wöchigen Hauptstillstand geprägt.
Ein derartig langer Werkstillstand kommt in unserer Zellstofffabrik
nur alle 6 bis 8 Jahre vor und wurde daher für die Durchführung
wichtiger Reparaturarbeiten bzw. die Umsetzung von Investitionsprogrammen
genutzt. Für Reparaturen während dieser Periode wurden
zirka EUR 2,85 Mio. aufgewendet. Die Schwerpunkte lagen
bei den Projekten Laugenkessel II, Dampfturbine 3, Kocher und
Leitsystem. Die Gesamtinvestitionssumme 2005 betrug EUR 29,3
Mio. Damit wurden bereits die ersten Teilschritte für den Werksausbau
im Rahmen des Projektes „Pöls 500+“ realisiert. Nach
Umsetzung der Projektschritte im Sommer konnten in der 2. Jahreshälfte
die erwarteten Zielvorgaben erreicht und aufgrund der
sehr stabilen Produktion neue Rekorde geschrieben werden. Auch
hinsichtlich Qualitätssteigerung bzw. Chemikalien- und Energieverbrauch
konnten wir weitere Verbesserungen erzielen. Für das Geschäftsjahr
2006 sind Finanzmittel von rund EUR 35,2 Mio. budgetiert,
die zur Fortsetzung des Werksausbaues und zur weiteren
Optimierung der Umweltsituation und Produktqualität bzw. auch
zur Minimierung der Produktionskosten verwendet werden und damit
zu einer weiteren Verbesserung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit führen.
NEW PRODUCTION RECORD
With a total production of 338,482 tons of pulp
(market pulp and integrated pulp), we were able to
set a new production record in 2005 and exceed the
ambitious budget of 328,000 tons. Of this quantity,
329,847 tons were market pulp, for which the budgeted
figure was 319,742 tons. At 12,448 tons, the
budgeted production quantity for paper was exceeded
by 900 tons. The quantities sold were 337,904
tons of pulp and 12,273 tons of paper.
INVESTMENT FOCAL POINTS
Because of the major overhaul of steam turbine 3,
the past year saw a work stoppage that lasted just
over three weeks. Such a long work stoppage occurs
only every six to eight years in our pulp mill, and
therefore, we took advantage of the closure to carry
out important repairs and to implement investment
programs. During this period, about EUR 2.85 million
was spent on repairs. The focal points were the projects
recovery boiler II, steam turbine 3, the digester,
and the guiding system. The total for investments in
2005 was EUR 29.3 million. Thus, the first partial
stage for the expansion of the plant within the scope
of the project “Pöls 500+” has been realized. After
the implementation of the project stages in the course
of the summer, the second half of the year saw the
achievement of the anticipated targets, and new records
were possible as a result of the fact that production
remained stable. Furthermore, we were able
to realize additional improvements of quality, as well
as in the consumption of chemicals and energy. For
the 2006 fiscal year, financial resources in the amount
of about EUR 35.2 million have been budgeted;
they will be used to continue the expansion of
the plant, to further optimize the environmental situation
and the product quality and minimize production
costs, thus resulting in an even greater improvement
of our competitiveness.
