THE WORLD’S LARGEST CREATIVE MEDIA CAMPUS
Just one hour outside of London, England, lies Oxford, the “City of
Dreaming Spires”, home to one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious
universities. As an international hub of higher education,
it was also the choice location for SAE Institute’s brand-new European
Degree Centre – the perfect place for a unique learning and
life experience.
As a place where tradition and progress intertwine,
Oxford is made for students. While
bicycle-friendly and equipped with excellent
public transport, it is also easily accessible from
Heathrow, London’s major international airport.
Steeped in history, yet enjoying a modern and vibrant

SAE Oxford, the world’s largest creative media
campus, is scheduled to opens its doors to
students in October 2008 and will be offering
industry-recognized and government-accredited
certificates, diplomas, and degree qualifications
in audio engineering, multimedia &
web design, digital film & 3D animation, and
game design. All degrees are issued in partnership
with Middlesex University, London, and/or
SAE’s International Graduate College / Qantm
Degree Granting College.
Students from any SAE Institute around the world
will have the opportunity to transfer to SAE Oxford
for their second year of studies or may choose to
complete the entire programme of their choice
at SAE’s European Degree Centre. Students from
other schools or colleges may qualify for accept-
ance into an offered programme by sitting an
entrance examination. Only SAE Oxford offers the
exclusive SAE Tonmeister® audio engineering and
music production programme, one of the highest
academic qualifications in the audio industry.
SAE Oxford is situated on a 5.5-acre (22,000 m 2 )
campus, dominated by a 90,000 sq ft (8,400 m 2 )
mansion building. Despite its traditional appearance,
the Degree Centre‘s state-of-the-art
facilities provide a creative media environment
that is second to none. Its sound studios are fitted
with industry-standard mixing consoles and
controllers by renowned manufacturers, such as
Neve, SSL, and Digidesign, and indeed a full range
of the finest equipment found in top studios all
over the world. Amazing computer facilities, an
extensive specialized library, a classical recording
studio (complete with a Steinway grand piano),
and much more make SAE Oxford a truly amazing
and interactive place of study. As part of SAE’s
educational concept, the students themselves
book their individual practical time in the studios
and labs, where they enjoy the assistance of the
Degree Centre‘s qualified and professional staff.
