Collectibles Show<br />
Visit the Estill County Chamber of Commerce’s Antique and Collectibles Show at Citizens<br />
Guaranty Bank’s River Drive location Sat., April 28 from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and Sun., April 29 from 12<br />
p.m.-5 p.m. Items for sale will include antique furniture, glassware including Fenton and Fostoria,<br />
lamps, primitives, tool boxes, linens, and more! Admission is $1 at the door.<br />
The Estill County High School FLO Club will be selling parking spaces in the bank lot during<br />
the festival weekend to raise money for the FLO party after the prom.<br />
Irvine-Ravenna Woman’s<br />
Club Student Art Show<br />
The Irvine-Ravenna Woman’s Club will be hosting an Estill County Middle School and Estill<br />
County High School Art Show during the Mountain Mushroom Festival on Sat., April 28-Sun.,<br />
April 29 in old city hall, 142 Broadway, across from the food court.<br />
Categories for the high school art students are pencil drawing/charcoal, colored pencil/design,<br />
painting/oil pastel, and crafts/other. The middle school student categories are mixed media,<br />
painting, drawing, and pottery.<br />
Entries will be judged by Estill Arts Council members. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will<br />
receive ribbons and cash prizes from the sponsor, the Irvine-Ravenna Woman’s Club. A grand<br />
prize winner will also be recognized from each school. The show will be open to the public and<br />
free of charge.<br />
